Quick service and they answered my many questions before I decided to choose to have chrome polish on natural nails. I chose a pearly light pink with a golden chrome color. The manicurist ended up achieving a darker and more silver chrome tone compared to the tone I chose. I was offered the choice to have it removed to apply the color I chose, but I chose to go with what was done because I liked the end result even though it was a bit different than what I picked. Overall good experience.

Went in with a fun design idea and wanted gel on my regular nails. Was told that my nails were too short so we did acrylics. They were so nice and efficient. They tried their best on the design and although it wasn’t exactly as in the picture I love them!!! Will definitely go back :) affordable too

So Tuesday i decided to go and treat myself to get my nails done, first time she did them they didn’t look like what i wanted on the picture i showed her, that she said she could do. i wanted marble, and the first time she put blue and pink and yellow straight lines on the nails and called it marble. so i asked her for a refund cause they were definitely not 70$ worth, and instead she tries to do them the correct way, without trying to refund me. it’s now Thursday and my thumb had a big air bubble in it and popped with uncured polish underneath. the rest of the fingers are also starting to chip as well, along with uneven and slanted nails that was shaped in a hurry i feel like. at this point i would really just like my money back…

I had high hopes trying a new salon in my area and although the people there were incredibly nice mine and my friends nails and toes turned out horrible. I have a brush hair in 2 of my nails that is very visible and after having spoken up about it, I was repeatedly told it would be fixed yet never was. When doing my fingers cuticles I was cut by one of the nail drill blades which caused me to bleed, the lady doing my nails didn’t acknowledge it at all and continued what she was doing. We both also got a gel pedicure and not even a week later have experienced the polish peeling.

Venus nails is a great place to get your nails done and I plan on returning in the future! The Staff here were very friendly and accommodating, my nails look fabulous, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! I'm 2 weeks in with my full set and I don't have any chipping or lifting, my nails are still looking fabulous!
