Venus Nails & Spa

The general quality of the work is good. However, this is about the 4th time I’ve been here and I can tell they start the color too far from the nail bed. I feel like you leave looking like your nail is already a week or so grown out. These photos are 1 week from my manicure. I wouldn’t even comment but am think they do this on purpose, and that is wrong.

I went to Venus today and received a powder manicure by Tommy. His service was great! He was funny, engaging and provided me with what I asked for. I look forward to my next visit.

Amy Lam is absolutely the best! She’s professional, kind, and always makes me feel cared for. She listens to what I want and always delivers amazing results. I’ve been seeing her for over a year now, and I can honestly say I’ll never go to anyone else. Every appointment with her feels special, and I’m so grateful I found her!

When you come make sure to see AMY ! She is truly the best ! Me and my mom have been coming here for years now only seeing amy and she will get you right ! She is so dedicated , sweet and you can tell she loves what she does !

Owners - please read: I’ve been a loyal customer since 2018, but my appointment at 5:15 PM on Wednesday, October 29 was so bad I won’t be coming back. I booked a week ahead for my 5 year old daughter’s first nail appointment and confirmed we could sit together. When we arrived, the front desk girl sneered, laughed, and said “no”, even though the salon was quiet, one tech was set up in the corner (who ended up doing my daughter’s nails), mine was stationed in the middle section, but several others were sitting around. It easily could have been accommodated. I even said kindly, “Oh, that’s a shame, I was told we could sit together,” and she smirked and repeated, “No, we can’t,” like I was stupid for asking.
