Venus Nails Spa

Today was my first time coming in. I just got a basic acrylic fill with gel polish. The guy did an absolute amazing job. He was super nice talkative. I get a basic short sharp square and he got it. Perfect. They’re nice and smooth. No lumps or bumps 10 out of 10.

I came to get a fill-in today, the manager Ben is the one that did my nails. I showed him the 1st picture of how I wanted my designs, the 2nd picture is what he gave me. It seems that he takes his time with certain customers. And other customers he doesn’t care. I definitely get racial bias from him

I loved everything about my experience expect the nail art. I asked for French tip and I think the pictures speak for themselves. It was just poorly done. They are messy and uneven. I thought maybe it was her first time doing French tip, super nice lady just wish she took her time and wasn’t distracted every five seconds.

They were polite but they rush with your nails when they get more customers. I feel like he could’ve did better with my nails. I asked for a specific full set. Gave them three different pictures so they can get the idea of what I want but the nails didn’t come out how I wanted them to but they are pretty but definitely not for the price they asked for.
