Venus Nails & Eyelash

I went here on an Sunday and they were empty so I went for an full set and pedi , I asked if they can do Christmas design and was told yes, this was the worst service ever I was so angry I wanted ask for my money back , my toes was ok , my nails was horrible it’s as if I went and got them done by my 3 year old , I would never go here again she was rude after I told her they were ugly and the lines wasn’t straight and it was not neat at all I paid too much money for crappy service they need to shut down for providing service like this , it’s like they’re not licensed and clueless on how to do nails . The worst service ever in my life . Please do not go here they suck !!

**DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE EGGROLLS** The owner is the same unprofessional, rude lady that has been there for years! She seems nice at first, until you complain about her work or any of the nail techs in there that she favors over the others. She will try to make you feel bad for being dissatisfied with the service as if its your fault. They take no accountability. Your nails WILL NOT last! Do yourself a favor and go to another nail shop or your hard earned money will be ill-spent. The only good thing is they serve eggrolls and wine. But you cant see them prepare it so I dont trust it. And the infestation of gnats flying around everywhere is a clear indication that there is no telling how it looks back there where the food is 🤢. The work and service should speak for itself. Horrible customer service…. I got my nails done the weekend before spring break after 6 days my nails turned green I came back for the manager to fix… worst mistake I should have just taken them off. She was rushing and just filed down and painted over them. I am here now as I type the morning after when I told them I would come back and get yelled at by one of the nail techs that I was my fault and I should have told her to up charge me to do a full set to fix the mistakes that they made. Safe to say I will never ever come here again.

i am very picky on my nails! I went here years ago, but I liked my experience much more this time: my nail tech was probably the youngest in the salon and she did an amazing job! She continued to make sure I liked the nails.. I am a loyal customer to my previous nail tech but with Houston and moving sometimes it’s hard to keep your same person. With that being said I was nervous about the quality of my nails. But they are amazing. Very very cute! She seen my pic and really made it happen! Excuse the ashy fingers but you get the picture…

I love every set that I get from here! Hanna always takes care of me and rocks every set I get!!!! If Hanna isn’t there the owner slays my nails and my lashes! This will be the only shop I will spend my money at! I get what I want every time plus the ladies in here are super welcoming and they feed you!!!!
