Venus Nailed It

I was in desperate need of a nail refresh and wanted somewhere close to home, and I am so glad I found this gem of a salon. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and immediately made me feel comfortable. Life and work had gotten so busy that I had gone more than six weeks without doing my nails, and she truly brought them back to life. I even had the “rings of fire” from over drilling from a different salon and she didn’t make me feel judged or bad about it, but simply educated on me on why it can happen and reassured me it will grow out. I would give Venus a million stars if I could. I haven’t had a consistent “nail lady” for quite some time. I would just pop into a few different shops over the years and get my nails done for a special occasion or, now that my kids are older, take them for a mani/pedi day. I am hard on any manicure I get and most would look good for maybe 5 days total. Thanks to Instagram, I started looking into Russian manicures and was mesmerized by how clean and flawless the cuticle work and finish on the nails appeared.
