I had a wonderful experience and I’m extremely happy with my hair. Nancy was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. I showed her a photo of the style and color I had in mind, and she explained clearly what could damage my hair and what would work best instead. I really appreciated her honesty and expertise. The final result turned out beautiful and very natural. The color is even and healthy-looking, with subtle, fine highlights—no red or orange tones at all. My hair looks shiny, well cared for, and exactly what I was hoping for. Nancy truly pays attention to detail and cares about her clients. I felt comfortable, listened to, and in good hands the entire time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for great results and a stylist who genuinely cares about hair health.

I was really disappointed in my haircut yesterday… The first time I had come here my haircut was not bad. Yesterday I came and a different lady cut my hair, and she messed up many areas. Many parts of my sides and back of hair are unevenly cut, for example a literal dent in the back of my hair where it was supposed to connect to the top. Also just many uneven spots around the sides and one small bald spot on the side. She rushed the haircut so fast and was done in about 15 min…. clearly why it was so poorly done. There wasn’t even any other clients waiting so there was no need to rush. She used the thinning shears so aggressively and without care which left many parts of my haircut so uneven and not connecting well. I am so happy with my experience at Colorbox Salon! I have very long hair and was nervous about finding someone who could maintain the length while giving it a fresh shape. Nancy was amazing—she gave me exactly what I asked for: a clean U-cut with face-framing layers. She was incredibly friendly and professional, and the price was very budget-friendly for this length. Highly recommend her!

This was my first time getting a haircut in the U.S., and I was honestly very nervous. I usually fly back to Taiwan to get my hair done. But I am SO happy I decided to come here! I showed her a photo of the style I wanted, and she cut it exactly like the picture — even better than I expected. I also told her about my issue with my bangs separating in the middle, and she added more density and completely fixed the problem. After the cut, I felt like a brand-new person!
