Venus Nail & Spa

Took my daughter and myself today she asked for the new gel designs and had to ask a lot of questions to get what she wanted. I asked for simply a gel nail like I’ve had many times. That’s not what I got. Took the guy 20 min and they look like crap. 35! Wasted. I have had this done many times here. Not sure what happened. Never go back. If they could be understood it would be helpful.

Have been going here for years but for the past year, it just hasn’t been the same as it used to be. My last 3 visits turned out horrible. 1st visit, i was through the door on a Thursday @9 am. They took me back, placed me in a chair for over an hour, just to go and do someone else’s nails in front of me, and then another one’s nails before I just got up and walked out. The last 2 occasions, I picked out my color for all nails and the designs for my 2 ring fingers, just to get all my nails painted one color instead and no designs with the response of “sorry she’s too busy to do ur designs today.” If I woulda been told that in the beginning, I would have definitely chosen a different color cause the past 2 times of visiting have felt like a waste of time and money and have left unsatisfied

This place has scarred me. I was the first client on a Friday morning. The station was dirty and covered in residue of everything. My nail tech was an older gentleman who took a smoke break while I soaked off my dip. He came in and did not wash his hands before servicing me. After I soaked off my dip, he poured the used acetone back into its original container. That should have been my sign to leave but I didn’t want to be rude. I endured an hour of him grinding off the excess amount of dip he put on my nails with his drill. They look horrible and were double the length they are now before I went in. I would not recommend!

LOVE this place for manicures and pedicures, everyone is very professional, I've never had a bad experience here. Shelby is absolutely amazing when it comes to designs 15/10 recommend getting your nails done here!

I’ve fallen in love with this salon. They’ve done such a beautiful job with my nails and my daughters. We will continue to come here. Shelby does a beautiful job and has been such a delight to talk to and get to know 💕
