I cannot rant and rave enough about Crystal, she is amazing! I purchased a gift card for my partner for Christmas, she was extremely easy to work with in terms of coordinating pickup of the card. In turn, I was a little jealous of his gift and texted her to make an appointment for myself. She replied quickly and was very flexible with her scheduling and I actually got to see her the same day. Her suite is cozy, clean, and very relaxing. She made me feel at ease and welcome. She was very thorough and I left feeling amazing. My boyfriend also enjoyed his massage greatly. Her prices are affordable and you are getting more than you pay for at some other places. I will be recommending Don’t be Knotty to all my friends and family and I can see myself being a regular here.
