This place sucks! As for as the items they’re good I mean it’s a beauty supply. As far as customer service just HORRIBLE nobody knows anything about hair. I went there looking for hair human hair bundles nun of the girls knew anything. They have Spanish employees working for them who know NOTHING on African American hair. This is just horrible a shop run by Asian men who just sit at the front and don’t do anything this shop has gotten so bad since Winnie left

I’ve actually never had a bad experience in this store until today when I scheduled to get my hair done at Aita’s, which is located in the back. Although it is a separate entity, she and the store are still business associates and the store must be held accountable for renting out the back section to Aita. I was scheduled to box braid my hair at 12:00. I arrived with hair that I previously purchased at another store. Upon sitting on the chair, Aita examined my hair and the hair that I purchased. She expressed that she did not feel comfortable braiding my hair with the extensions that I purchased because the hair texture did not match my own hair. I have natural hair and have gotten my hair done with the same hair (extensions) for years by various hairdressers. Aita was the first to expres
