Sueños By Doris

I have been coming to this salon for almost 20 years, and Doris is an AMAZING hair stylist. The other stylists are also warm, welcoming, and friendly, which always makes each visit a pleasant experience. Every time I come in, Doris is honest and knowledgeable—she lets me know if my hair needs a treatment and recommends products that truly help keep my hair healthy, soft, and shiny. My daughter, who is now 26 years old, has been coming here since she was 7, and her hair is long, full, and very healthy. Doris also makes her own natural products by hand, which I absolutely love—especially her deep conditioner (it makes my hair incredibly soft and beautiful) and her hair oil, which seems to promote faster hair growth and helps prevent hair fall. I highly recommend this salon.

I visited Sueños by Doris recently and wanted to share my experience, especially for anyone with very coarse, kinky 4B/4C textures like mine. First, Doris was very kind, patient, and attentive throughout the appointment. During the wash she was really thoughtful — she asked me where my scalp was itching so she could give extra care, and she even noticed some breakage in the front and asked about my product use. That really showed me she knows hair and pays attention to the health of it, not just the styling. The final result came out very beautiful and I was happy with how sleek and smooth my hair looked. I got my first Dominican blowout here and I LOVED it! My hair came out super silky, smooth, and straight without feeling heavy or greasy. The stylist took her time, was gentle with my hair, and didn’t pull or burn me. The finish was shiny and soft. I honestly didn’t know my hair could look this good.

My experience was great here at Sueños by Doris! I have came here a total of 3 times and each time I left feeling happy. My hair looked and felt great, I love this place and would highly recommend!

Doris was great! I love how knowledgeable she is and guides you on the best services based on your hair condition. My hair is damaged and she is helping me to restore it back to health. I did a wash & set, deep conditioner and cut. I love the results! I'll be going to Doris from now on to start my hair journey of healthy hair.
