If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I went to John for highlights — something I’ve done for years and know well — and it was immediately clear that he didn’t know what he was doing. The highlights he gave me were completely discolored, with harsh orange tones. I came back and asked him to tone it down to a caramel blonde, which is what I always get after highlights. Instead, he turned my hair blue, and my highlights turned green and silver. I was in shock. I literally started crying and asked, “Why is my hair blue?!” He casually responded, “Don’t worry, it’ll come out now,” and then proceeded to apply excessive heat with a blow dryer and flat iron, as if frying my hair was going to fix anything. He is the best in town! I always go to him whenever it’s last minute or whenever I have a big event. He dyed my hair for me, which is shown in the picture below. He cuts my hair the exact way I want. He understands what I want and helps me with whatever I want to do with my hair! He does the best curls! Highly recommended!! And his prices are affordable!

The owner did beautiful highlights with exactly the color I wanted, along with a great cut & nice curls with my blowout. Excellent service and work.
