Such an awesome place to get your nails done! Andy my nail tech did an amazing job and made my nails look exactly the way I wanted. Everyone working here is very kind and gentle, and the atmosphere is welcoming and caring. Highly recommend!

I’m pretty upset as the tech - I believe the wife of the owner - used an efiler in an incorrect and unsafe way. At the end, while my hands were in the acetone bath, she also put the efiler heads in the same bucket as my hands. Idk if they were used with other people. It seemed unsanitary. I had two broken nails when I walked in. Every single now has deep indents where the efiler was used. They are so thin that every single fingernail is breaking. I’ve never experienced this from a nail removal. Will not be coming back. It’s going to take months for my nails to heal. Honestly that tech has had a bad attitude every time I’ve been here and I’ve come here at least 3-4 times and I tip well. They also kept saying my nails are thin so I should get a gel overlay. I am impressed with the quality of work Venice nails does…quality supplies, amazing nail work and impressive customer service. I came to Venice Nails because I had gone to a different local nail spa. My expensive nails lasted 10 minutes and several technicians had to redo my nails. Sadly, my nails lasted 2 days, but Johnny fro Venice Nails gave me a long lasting manicure. I highly recommend this location!

I went in yesterday morning 11/19 around 10:30. The ladies were so nice. Hannah did my nails and she was so sweet not only to me but my daughter. As you can see it wasn’t a very clean nail polish job but that’s not what I’m upset about. I wake up this morning and my big toe hurts SO bad. If I press on the side liquid comes out. My toe wasn’t like this before my pedicure, it hurts so bad to walk on and I’m 8 almost 9 months pregnant. Only thing I can think of to cause this is cleanliness. I saw her working on my feet, then proceed to grab the color pallet and hand to the ladies next to me with the same gloves she was touching my feet with. Also as we were leaving she was being so nice to help us get our things together but again, she was working on the ladies she gave the color pallets feet

If you ever stop by here, request the tech Lee! She did an Amazing job. She made sure I was comfortable and kept checking up on me very so often. The place is clean and very well kept
