As always, Amber did a fantastic job! She’s always so thorough and so helpful and sweet! I look forward to seeing her for my appointments and getting to chats with her. I would also like to shout out Kayla, the GSA who was working the front desk. She had such a fun, positive attitude that I rarely get to experience there. She talked to me and we had a great little conversation while assisting me with my next couple appointments. Every visit with Rosalinda is exceptional! She is gentle and very informative about my services. I actually enjoy getting my Brazilian wax done(never would have thought🤣) because she is so fun to visit with!

I had my first Brazilian in over a year and was honestly a little nervous going in — but Kathleen completely exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved my wax lady, Rosie! She was amazing and such a great conversationalist, which really helped take my mind off any discomfort. She was extremely patient, listened carefully, and avoided the areas I asked her to. Her work was thorough and professional — nothing was left behind!
