my hair has always been natural. never in my life have i had a relaxer. someone here has put a relaxer in my hair without permission. i’ve been getting silk presses consistently for the past 4 years at another salon and my hair was always healthy and long and didn’t have heat damage. i started coming here because i moved states and all of a sudden my hair is falling out and breaking. i can’t run my hands through my hair without a couple of strands falling out. my hair texture has drastically changed since coming here. i wish i would’ve know they were putting relaxers in my hair. my hair is so brittle right now, its literally falling off the bone. the ends look so gross. so much length had to be cut in order to start to bring it back from the state they put it in. save yourself the trouble

I went here on a 10/19/25 and received a serious burn for which I had to go to the doctor and get prescription burn cream. I’ve been here before and have had ok experiences; they’re always available and on this day I was in a pinch. I asked for a blowout. I was under a running dryer for an hour and fifteen—not ideal as my hair is short but thick so okay— then left there for another 5 before the stylist came to see me, at which point she opened the dryer and asked if I could wait while she finished another client. I said ok, how long? She said 5 minutes. It was 20. After she finally finished, my ears felt hot and tender and appeared red, but I was in a rush and typically have a high pain tolerance so didn’t realize anything was terribly wrong. It's on the second floor through a narrow staircase, I found it fairly quick because someone else gave me this hint. The host was very kind and informative. You pay as soon as you walk in and say what you need, or at least that was my experience. The price was surprisingly good. I did blow and dry, and felt good about the result. I did not waste a single second there. I am definitely coming back, not sure yet if I can make it my home base hair salon.

I love coming here, feel comfortable as soon as you walk in greeted by the owner at the reception table. The hair wash lady whom isn’t verbal but amazing!!! Literally look forward to her washing my hair and scalp. Dide is the stylist I go to and is super sweet and attentive to what you ask for, my hair always turns out beautiful.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! My usual salon was closed on June 22nd, 2022 so I decided to go to here and it was the biggest mistake ever! I came in with dark brown/ soft black hair - all even in color and my hair was past my shoulders. I brought in a picture of what I wanted (dark ash blonde with highlights) and was told by the front desk lady with short hair it COULD be done. She called over a lady with long blonde hair to look at the picture and she said she could do it FOR SURE. So l paid first and sat down ... RED FLAG. After spending 6 hours at this place my hair came out horrible and the lady doing my hair tried to get me to pay an extra $50 to cut my ends. I walked out of there with bleach burned hair, dark dye stains, orange colored hair and two completely different tones. The fro
