F of all, I want to share that I never leave reviews unless the service is excellent. I’ve been coming here for years, but lately my nails have been looking amazing; However, last time I went, the nail tech Vivienne did my nails and they are the most beautiful builder gel nails I’ve ever seen. This place is pretty pricey, but it’s worth it because it’s clean, there's barely ever a wait, and they give you wine.

I paid more over $100+ for dip on my hands and regular pedicure on my feet, however it hasn’t even been a week yet and these are my nails! I always do dip powder on my nails and it’s supposed to last 2 weeks or more. This is very unfortunate.

I’ve always had a great experience at this nail salon. For reference, I’ve probably visited around 9-10 times now, and I usually get a different tech each time. Each one has done a phenomenal job - I have zero complaints. I think my favorite thing about this salon is that I can walk in at pretty much anytime and not have to wait - no appointment needed. I have a very busy schedule, so this is very convenient for me. I also appreciate that they’re open on Sundays. The manager is always very friendly. I never leave without being asked if I’m satisfied with the service I received. Great attention to detail and wonderful customer service.

They rush you and $25 dollars extra for chrome powder is diabolical. One box of good quality chrome powder costs about 25-30 dollars. They are making over 200% profit over it. Also they rush you. They did my nails super fast. I was in and out. I have small nails, I asked the technician to do almond shape on my nails or at least make it more pointier. She is like “its not possible bcz you have short nails. Its gonna be either rounded or square.” However, Every other place I went before this, they all never had any issues with it! Overall they are all about money.

I’ve been going here since high. Pre-pandemic when service was really good. Always offered a drink, whether it was water soda, or I believe some type of alcoholic beverage. Now, almost all nail artist, rush and leave your nails half fast. If I’m going to pay $120 for gel, full acrylic and toes, I expect it to Good quality service and Good quality nail work. The Cuban ladies usually do a very good job, but the Asian men from what I have experienced in five years almost always leave you with the worst nail service. This is just my experience. This is nothing about race. This is just what kind of work is produced. I’m very dissatisfied because I expect a certain service and I am sad to say I will no longer be coming to this nail salon. In the photos, you will see what one week after my nails
