I’ve been coming here for the better part of 2yrs but my mom has been coming here for 4-5yrs. And it never fails. Even when I came in the day after Christmas and I made my appointment online. I came in she couldn’t find it at first but instead of getting angry and demanding I looked for a solution because that’s a problem if you make an appointment online and they can’t find it! The girl at the front desk did all she could to find it. I even made a new one to see if something would pop up. And nothing so it wasn’t a problem on my end. Nonetheless she got me with someone and after about 30m she came to me apologized and said she found all the appointments I made online. This place is awful. It only has 6 to 7 available nail tech and that’s when they’re at their busiest. I just went to get a simple pedicure. It took an hour was done terribly. It looked like a five-year-old had painted my toes I requested for the paint to be removed went to the front desk explained what happened to the young lady seems at the front she seemed to be 15 maybe 16 years old and said “too bad you gotta pay the whole price.” Refused to help or be courteous in anyway finally was able to get the owner on the phone she gave me a 30% discount still had to pay $25 walked out of there without a pedicure and an hour of my life ill never get back Literally go anywhere else but here

This place is the worst!! Trust and believe don't waste your time coming here and trying it out! They would talk shit Infront of your face and wont even care! Not only that, they don't even do a good job at doing nails also!! I went in to do Apres nails told the lady my nails are sensitive please use the sensitive glue, tells me there is no such thing which is a lie! Puts my nail under a goose neck lamp on the hottest part, told her its hurts! Then two nails ended up super crooked tells me its my fault! The lady next to her say's, its fine she can just file the nail! The application was all wrong there was glue coming out from the side, even from the painting of the nail its just so bad missing spots. Man I wanted to love this place. I have been coming here for over 2 years now, and there were a few people here that did an EXCELLENT JOB...but if you don't get one of these people, you're rolling the dice. I just went in a few weeks ago for a hard gel mani. The same day the gel chipped off (it was very clear that they charged me for hard gel and did not actually apply hard gel). When I called they were more than happy to fix the chip. They fix the chip and the very next day it breaks again. Hard gel is not supposed to break that easily... When you're spending 80 bucks on a mani you want it to last more than a day...Really dissapointed overall.

I've been going to Venetian nail in coral way for years. Unfortunately, they've hired some rude and incompetent staff, especially a so-called manager who’s named Valeria was there on the morning of October 22, 2025 when I went back the next day after getting my nails done because I needed to fix them; they were done really poorly by Odalys, terrible job. Plus, I wasn't happy with the red color. Since I needed to remove the color anyway, I asked if it could be changed. But Valeria just talked over me in a rude and dismissive way, not listening and letting me voice my concerns. She insisted she had already made accommodations for me and refused to change the color. There were no accommodations made since this service wasn't free; I paid over $100 dollars for it. It's really shameful behavior
