I was looking for a spa in Lakeland for botox, found Venetian Medical Spa that was offering $50 off for new patients, that caught my eye so I decided to make an appointment with Gledia, what a huge difference in just one day after my botox injections, it has been awhile since I have recieved any facial services so I was excited to learn, they had a great special on chemical peel, made an appointment with Hope, it was very relaxing and she did a great job, my face just looks noticeably different. Mona the manager was checking me out and there is no high pressure sales at all which makes the whole experience worth going back. I went here with a friend to get Botox and to possibly get lip filler a few months ago. I viewed the website several times and was interested in the membership that included a hydra facial monthly. 1. The “owner” was 20 minutes late, complained the whole time about owning two businesses, and rudely talked to his female office manager saying the spa no longer does the memberships that include a hydra facial at all, despite it being on the website and signs in the lobby. 2. He bruised my face injecting me because he wanted $900 for 50 units at first. We negotiated to $500 for just the nose and forehead. My face, and my friends face, was bruised for a week. 3. I have been going here for over a year now and hand tried various treatments. I have been very pleased with my interactions with staff and my results. Dr.Torres is humble and easy going, and highly skilled. Recently I had work done with Glidia. She did a fantastic job! It looks naturally beautiful and very effective becaise who wants to dish out money and not see results! I'll be back for sure! Their prices are also very fair and a lot less than many others, especially when you consider the beautiful atmosphere and quality services!
