Ask for Adriana! Best nail tech I’ve ever had. So talented and so friendly. The salon itself has great vibes and is so clean and nice. Haven’t had my nails done in far too long and went to see Adriana for my wedding nails. She never disappoints! Amazing amazing amazing can’t recommend enough!

My girl Moon is the best!! She does such a great job shaping my nails how I want it. I get builder gel and my nails will last 4 weeks (even more if I wanted to)!

I want to share my recent experience at your salon, as it left me feeling mistreated and disrespected despite being a returning customer. I usually receive excellent service from the nail technicians, but during my most recent visit, I returned with a concern about my gel builder nails lifting and cracking. When I explained this to Tina Phan, she immediately accused me of picking at my nails. I clarified that I’ve been getting gel builder nails for years and do not pick at them. From the moment I arrived and explained that I had called two days prior regarding issues with both my nails and lash extensions, manager/ owner repeatedly questioned whether I had even received the services there. First off the place is clean and the technicians are really nice, especially Joann. However I was a bit disappointed with the lack of friendliness of the receptionists. Especially one of the girls. She did not seem happy at all. It was very off putting. Secondly, I got the detox mani with gel nails and a detox pedi. So I spend a significant amount of money - $180 and my gel nails are already peeling. I got them done on Sunday and it’s Friday. :( it hasn’t even been a week. And no, I’m not rough on my nails. I work primarily on the computer…. I don’t know what to do. Is there a way for a refund or to get them redone without paying more? My toe nails look amazing though.
