Annie is amazing for curly hair! I have been coming to her for years, with my 3c hair, getting everything from a curly pixie to long layers. She has given me LIFE-CHANGING product recommendations, and she really keeps up with what's new in the world of curly hair products. Annie really is the best of the best when it comes to curly haircuts. The only thing she needs... is a stylist in training! 😆 Since she's so good, it can be hard to find to open booking, so be prepared to book in advance. Yes, her services are worth every penny.

I just wanted to come on here and say I’ve been a loyal client to Daria for about three years now. She does absolute WONDERS to my hair and I thank her so much for her time and attention to detail every time I go. She is also so very sweet and is willing to work with you if there are any scheduling issues!! I will also like to add, all the other stylist are very sweet and friendly as well! I’ve seen their work when I go in and they’re also all jaw-dropping with their skills! I love Velvet Hair Studio so so much! Much appreciation to Daria and the rest of the Velvet Hair Studio Team!!

I got highlights & tip outs for the first time ever in my life done by Angela. I am sooooooo happy with the results! My inspiration photo was way out of my budget, but Angela came up with a game plan to complete what I wanted in my price range! She was super sweet, informative and wonderful bedside manner. Everyone I came into contact with was super friendly. The salon is beautiful and extremely clean! I highly recommend coming here and seeing Angela 🤍

Sharing some before and after pictures of my hair (apologies for the poor quality, they don't do it justice). Angela was amazing, I went in there with grown out highlights and roots, and she transformed me. I love the new cut and color! I love the salon as well, the vibe is very relaxed and comfortable, with a fully stocked coffee bar. Would definitely recommend Angela and the whole experience!

I've been working with Nicole for a year now and I've never been more satisfied with a stylist. She's very collaborative; because we work together, my hair comes out better each time.
