Christy is amazing! I’ve booked with her multiple times now and every time, she’s never failed to impress me. From hair cutting, to hair highlighting/dying, she’s helped me feel so much more confident in taking care of my hair and trying new things. Cost is good too and I have long, curly hair. Definitely recommend booking with her!

Wish I could give this place more stars. Full disclosure, I told Christy at my first visit that I am always disappointed with my hair color and I've always hated my hair; it's not the stylists, it's just me. So she needed to manage her expectations of my reaction to whatever she did. So, undaunted, she said that she was shooting for the best hair color experience I've ever had, and upon reflection a few days later, she was actually right. I got a very cool, platinum blonde and not only did she make quick work of my hair, but the color is still gorgeous weeks later and the root growth has been minimal. Add to that, the price is very reasonable AND Christy is a sweetheart as well. Can't think of a thing to say that wouldn't make you want to give this women-run business a visit! Run, d

I booked with Sarah, and she did a fabulous job on my hair! I have thick Asian hair so it can be a challenge but she was so experienced and did a wonderful job! Absolutely love my haircut! The salon is also so intimate and cute! Akel, the owner really created a nice atmosphere for her clients too. I will be back:)

Absolutely the best color experiences I've ever had. I've gone to lots of local salons and I've finally found the best. County Seat is unique and unlike any salon in Chester County. It's smaller, warm and cozy atmosphere pulls me back to being "home" everytime. The experience and talent by Suzanne is top notch. She knows exactly what I should try and what's best for my hair. The prices are so reasonable for the services, far lower than you'd expect in this area. I walk out everytime feeling like she performed a miracle on my hair. I had tons of white/gray hair before these pics, and she softened me and made me feel younger again. Everyone there is friendly and fun and truly feels like your meeting up with friends. Great experience. Christy cut my hair and did a wonderful job. It was my first time in the shop and she took her time to understand what I wanted to do with my hair. The shop is cute and in a nice area to walk around and get a bite to eat if you have time.
