Velvet Hair Salon

I got my hair done by Gianna yesterday and she took the time to really hear what I wanted and didn’t want. She made me feel heard and did an amazing job. I left feeling beautiful. I can’t wait for my facial with her! If it’s anything like the neck massage she gives while washing your hair, it’s going to be amazing!

I had an AMAZING experience with Gianna and her facial services at Velvet Salon. Skin by Gianna felt luxurious without breaking the bank. Her attention to detail was on point, she had lovely bedside manners. She made me feel beautiful and appreciated throughout the visit and afterwards! My skin is still glowing and gorgeous! I can not wait to go back!

Been coming here for years. Hannah is great!! I always let her do her thing and my hair looks great every time I leave. Atmosphere is good, music is always good, they always offer me coffee/tea/water when I have to wait for the dyes and bleaches to set in, will be coming here for years to come.

Went in for my first appointment there. The two staff working were unwelcoming and cold. Gianna the hair stylist assigned to me was lovely and professional. I brought a hairpiece I sometimes wear to show the color I wanted and the formula I had used and was happy with. A beautiful blonde shade that should have been easy to formulate with the color they use. Gianna consulted with the manager about the color as hairdressers often do. My hair looked great under their lighting. My hair was wet when I left and when it dried and I got home I could see it was very ashy void of blonde color. I called the salon and they did not call back. The fix would have been simple by just using a yellow gold glaze. The first rule in Salons: solve issues promptly and judiciously. They obviously forgot.

Nora and I have been working on a new color for me and today she hit a HOME-RUN. Awesome job on color and style.
