Amy was my nail technician and did an Amazing job! She had to cut the length a bit more than I wished but I needed them to be all the same length. They came out beautifully! First time customer and will definitely be coming back. Next appointment is Saturday for pedicures with my sister Jennifer and I can’t wait! Beautiful shop with sweet employees ❣️

Went there for a Acrylic, French tip manicure Was talked into something completely different. But still French tip. Less than 24 hours later, my nail broke off. I call them to see what they can do about it. They say to come in so they can fix it. However, I live back in New Hampshire. Not in Oxford Connecticut. I asked for a $5 refund if they could, they said absolutely not and laughed at me over thep hone. I find this place to be very Dissatisfying When it comes to Fixing there mistakes. very unorganized. Not enough people know how to do acrylics there and very rude when it comes to one of their own mistakes. I paid over $255 For both my mother's and My Own pedicures And Manicures. I will say, however, they were very helpful to me with my baby but I probably won't be going back there.

Michelle was my nail technician and she did an absolutely wonderful job - she made sure I didn’t get the usual “burn” from UV gel & offered to add the cat eye effect to my nails since she kept having to stop to check out people with gift cards. I’m so thankful to have someone be careful with my nails and ensure I’m getting the best service possible! I will be coming back for my fills in the future. Thankful that were open before the holiday as well.

I can't say enough about this place. It is immaculate and everyone is so friendly. I love my nails every time Mei does them. I tell her what I want and they are perfect every time and while she's doing my nails I relax with a 20 minutes massage

They did such a beautiful job on my nails I'm very happy with them, but when they told me the price I almost hit the floor. $105 for french tips with 2 hearts for valentine's day. I have never in my life paid so much money for nails. They did a great job but I cannot justify the price. Disappointing because I cant afford to go there.
