I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I have consistently received at your store located at Vecina’s Beauty Supply. I am deeply concerned about the unhelpful and dismissive behavior of your staff towards customers who do not speak their language. It is disheartening to witness a clear lack of assistance provided to non-native speakers, creating an unwelcoming environment. Furthermore, the general knowledge of your staff regarding the products you sell is severely lacking. On multiple occasions, I have inquired about specific items only to be met with blank stares and an inability to provide basic information. I checked on line and confirmed with lady at the door. That they do close at 6:30 and was 6:10pm and was told they are close. The ladies there are rude. Will never be back there again. I rather buy online and get delivered
