Working with Karland has been an amazing experience. I've struggled with chronic pain for many years so I've seen a variety of people looking to address the underlying issues. He is very attentive and seeks to understand. I'm very appreciative of the information he provides and suggestions to work on the issues on a regular basis. I've felt a lot relief and improvement in my body--more than with anyone else I've worked with and that's saying a lot! Totally recommend!

Karland is an absolutely amazing therapist! He is intuitive and knows the body very well. His hands know exactly where the tension is within ones body! He follows the meridians/lines in the body and is able release the stuck areas. He did some amazing neck work which released my sinus cavities. I woke up tingling all over feeling energized and relaxed at the same time! You know you have gotten an amazing massage when you’re already thinking about the next appointment for yourself and those that you want to gift a massage!

The best deep tissue massage I have ever had. I appreciated that the first session was two hours. Karland dedicated all the time necessary to focus on areas of my body that needed special attention, while I still felt like I had a true full body massage. He has a unique and intuitive style and flow to his massage techniques, and knew just how much pressure to apply. Professional and respectful, I was entirely at ease with him. I’ve gotten many massages over the years and have never had someone so excellent that I chose to return to them regularly. I anticipate scheduling more sessions with 3R Massages.
