I don’t know why I never wrote a review for this place before, but it’s honestly amazing. Chona is the absolute best. She’s always consistent, makes you feel comfortable right away, and really knows what she’s doing. From the haircut to the color, everything always turns out fantastic. I trust her completely with my hair. Every visit is a great experience. Truly plus, plus, plus. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience with Roberto - extremely talented artist and truly exceptional work. However I am not returning to this salon due to the poor attitude of the owner Chona. I was a repeat customer to this spot, and when I returned for toner - there was barely any discussion about my needs. She went straight into execution mode with a very grumpy attitude. I’m paying for services and expect a certain level of courteousness towards clients. Not going back unfortunately.

I’ve been coming to this salon for quite some time and have always had positive experiences, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. My recent appointment with Jesse Mendoza was unfortunately very frustrating. From the start, she came across as rude and dismissive when I explained how I wanted my hair cut. I tried to be clear about the length and style I was looking for, but she seemed uninterested and brushed off my requests instead of listening or asking clarifying questions. It felt like my input didn’t matter at all. The cutting techniques she used also seemed questionable and inconsistent. We have visited this salon several times, and our experience has been mixed. During our first visit, the front desk staff was rude and made a racist comment toward my son and said that My son has straight hair (but a little weavy) . She said that the haircut my son chose can be doing because of a quality of his hair !! ( I was saying to myself “hey girl, what?!?!) hFortunately, the hairdresser intervened and corrected the situation. Our second visit was perfect: my husband and my son both got haircuts and we were very satisfied. On another visit, my daughter had her curly hair done. The result was good, but the price was too high. Another time, not so good , it was with an other hairdresser ! Last time she had her hair straightened. She loved the result, and Bertha was very professional
