My cousin recently visited your shop and came home with a significant cut on his face. I was deeply hurt and concerned to see this, but I was even more disappointed to hear that he didn't receive an apology or any assistance after the incident occurred. A barbershop should be a welcoming environment where clients feel safe. It is unacceptable for someone to leave with an injury without the shop taking responsibility or showing basic professional courtesy. At the very least, he should have been offered first aid and an apology, if not a discount or incentive for the distress caused. Please ensure your barbers are more careful and that you have a protocol in place to take care of clients if an accident happens. Use to be a good barbershop in 2022 I haven’t had a cut in awhile, I went to the mall in 2023 the barber used the spray paint with out asking, not a big deal until I looked in the mirror and he gave me a half inch line of pure black paint. I have dreads got a retwist and washed the paint off and the barber cut my forehead now I’m walking around with a scab across the forehead where he cut me with those clippers. Worst line up I’ve had since a friend tried to cut my hair in middle school 25years ago. When he grabbed the paint I tried to correct it, he said it’s just a little bit. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this barbershop, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I brought my child in for a haircut, expecting a professional and skilled service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Tim, the barber, demonstrated a complete lack of skill and professionalism. During the haircut, I noticed some of the other barbers laughing, which struck me as odd at the time. It wasn’t until later that I realized why—they must have known how poorly the haircut was being done. To my shock, the barber resorted to using black spray and liner to artificially create a hairline, which is clearly a sign of covering up mistakes rather than addressing them properly. His barbering skills are unmatched and his team is courteous and competent. I’m so glad to have found this shop because his establishment is top notch!
