1000/10 I went in on 3/7 for the very first time & when I say they made me feel like I was at home ! Everyone was soooo sweet! I love this place & will definitely be back! Joy is literally full of joy! They had about 4 people on my head ( I didn’t get everyone name ) but I love the service 10000/10 . THEY DID GET PRETTY BUSY so I recommend going early if you are getting a style that takes a while. Parts are extra small and braids ACTUALLY MATCH ! They also speak to English so you don’t feel weird it actually feels like you at the shop with the girls 🤍 !

Hands down, Joelle is the best braider I've come across and is the only person who'll be braiding my hair going forward. I was a little scared to try knotness because of my thin edges and fine hair texture but when I say Joelle reassured me that she would take care of it, she DID just that. My hair was neat and light weight and it took less than 4 hours from start to finish for small, mid back, knotless braids. The atmosphere was warming. She made sure I was comfortable, provided snacks, and good conversation. As a braider, I'm very particular about my hair and I usually have to go behind other people's work to fix it to my liking. I didn't have to touch a thing after Joelle finished my hair....flipped it to the side and went about my day. I love my hair and can't wait to try these again i

Joelle braided my hair the 1st week in September. My hair lasted 3 months to be exact and this is today before my take-down! I will definitely be getting this service again. It took only 4 and a half hours. Very fast and Friendly ‼️🥰🥰🥰🥰
