If you value your hair at all, do NOT come here. Seriously, they ruined mine. It looked like I cut it myself, only not as well. I was mortified when they were done and I should've just asked my little brother to cut it for me. At least it would've been more acceptable. ------------------------------------------- (This is a reply to the owner's reply) i specifically said "trim only" and i even showed her a photo, i didn't even say yes to #3, she said "i got you" so i trusted her. but she cut my hair very short, not even close to the photo i showed her. i don't need your refund. You may keep it. Very disappointing.

They gave me a Five head, i asked for a line up get rid of the extra. Lady took it way high up. didn’t really follow what i was requesting either. just one handed shaving causing unevenness. should have requested my money back honestly. i just accepted what was done and said good before more damage was done. def a first for this place and def a last.

I’ve been coming to Ana for years now, she’s the best, she always takes her time and I always love my haircut! She’s really kind and sweet. Not easy to find a good hairstylist in LA.

Used to come to Ana all the time, but she has decided not to take appointments but just for some customers and not others. Super frustrating. And I can't emphasize enough that one of her cosmetologists lost their mind one time and literally physically attacked me with the razor on the back of my head. So no, I wouldn't come here. Great haircut but TERRIBLE SERVICE. Sorry Ana, you made it personal.

Anna is amazing. She was so patient and understanding. She listened and took her time to give my mom the exact hair cut that she wanted. My mom and I were so happy. We will both be coming back for our future hair cuts. I highly recommend this hair salon 😍
