I went in for a day to be pampered after moving my 98 year old momma into an assisted living facility just across the street from this salon. I had a new set of acrylic nails put on less than 3 months ago, and the nail tech was adamant that I needed a new set. She used files on me that weren’t new and were obviously used previously. The woman who colored my hair had to reapply the color multiple times because it wasn’t taking. The hairbrush she pulled out of the drawer to use on me wasn’t clean. Hair from previous clients was very visible in the bristles. When they waxed my lower face it was red and swollen when she was finished. This is her own salon but weve been her clients for about 12 yrs now. And she works Magic to ur hair.. u see a picture u like and want ur hair, thats how ur going to be coming out from her salon.. and shes honest if u want something and she sees ur hair that it wont handle it she lets u know, but like she always say "if u want it ill do it, but im just letting u know the situation " But you should call her first bcs that salon gets PACKED..
