I will only ever get my haircut here. Valery truly understands how to work with long, fine hair and gives me volume that actually lasts. I’ve tried countless salons all over the city, and nothing compares - this is by far the best haircut I’ve had. If you have fine hair and struggle to get volume, Valery is unmatched.

I am a new client and wanted to try a new — and supposedly the best — salon. I had an appointment for a manicure and a haircut. I called to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late, but by the time they answered, it was already too late. When I arrived, they told me I could only have a quick manicure because they had another client waiting. In the end, the manicurist did a terrible job and had a bad attitude. As for the haircut, it felt like it was done by someone with little experience, and I don’t feel like anything was changed from what I already had. Overall, it was very disappointing.

My girlfriend has been visiting this place for years. We have recently discovered that they allow unlicensed employees to perform services. Super sweet gentleman who goes by Yardeen, but he isn’t licensed and is very vocal about it. For these prices they should alert clients. We are more than happy to pay but would much rather see a licensed professional. I doubt we’ll be coming back. I fear he is may not be the only one lacking proper certification.

Crowded, chaotic, and overpriced. Poor ventilation — you end up breathing in all those sprays. The interior looks outdated and tired. The haircut was okay, but definitely not worth the price.

The best expensive hair stylist I had in all my 52 years, and I am in the business of hair products. I don’t know what magic they use, but they have it going on. I came to them with orange hair from straightening that I had, they bought my hair back to life. I feel like woman again. must go to any women that wants to conect to her feminine self. worth every penny. thank you
