Absolute worst skin care experience of my life!! They have damaged my skin for life by carving lines in my face with a microdermabrasion tool and put a pumpkin acid mask on my skin to top it off. I went there for a facial (for slightly dry skin) and when I left I had severe burns and damages, that have cost me a fortune to try to correct. There is no getting rid of what they did. I will live with it for the rest of my life. Constantly covering up their damages. They never reimbursed me for anything. Actually they never even apologized and let me pay in full for the horrible treatment. I should have sued them instead of hoping they would do right by me.

This beautiful salon was an absolutely amazing experience. I asked for a teen facial to deep clean my pores and I got everything of that and more. Kate gave me skin advice that helped change my skin completely only weeks after my session. My skin has never been more clean, glowy, and healthy. Highly recommend the investment to get a good facial cleanout once in a while

Though Valentina did a good job on my eyebrows- they had to be redone the next week. AND she Charged me again. I live in Florida and came back the following year because they faded and she told me it was becuase of face cream (on eyebrows?) or I must have been in a pool.( NOT.) She wouldn't do them over again unless i paid her again. I thought tattoos last more then a year! Though she did good work, they don't stand by their work....and eye brows shouldn't cost $900.

My mother and I have been going to Graziella for years and years - she is so talented and considerate. The managers can be slightly pushy at times regarding scheduling appt’s and recommending products, but the work they do for facials is top notch!
