Outstanding massage!! Jay is a gifted massage therapist! have been going to Jay for massage for over 10 years. He is an expert in the anatomy of mobility and has not only worked on my muscle tightness, but has taught me to recognize the patterns in my movement that cause the problems. My posture and my problem areas have improved. After a massage, I feel relaxed and tuned up — motivated to move well and maintain the balance his massage work restored to my body. I have followed him to different locations over the years and am excited about this new space!

Jay is one of the most phenomenal massage therapists I have ever encountered! His knowledge and care goes above and beyond. He has helped me unwind some of my scoliosis which seemed impossible.
