So excited that Vail Valley Wellness is now open in Eagle! Their services are incredible—acupuncture, red light therapy, infrared sauna, cupping, salt cabin, and the dry float bed are all amazing. Everything is designed for relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. The space is calming, and the staff is so friendly. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. If you’re looking for a wellness spa in Eagle, this is the spot. Highly recommend checking it out!

So excited Vail Valley Wellness opened in Eagle! I’ve tried acupuncture, red light therapy, the foot detox, and brain spa/neurofeedback so far — and every service has been professional, relaxing, and effective. The space feels calm and welcoming, and it’s amazing to have holistic wellness, stress relief, and recovery options right here in Eagle. Highly recommend if you’re looking for integrative health and self-care in the Vail Valley!

I took advantage of the day spa, what an amazing experience! As always the space was so beautiful and thoughtful. You can make your own tea which is so cool. It was extremely relaxing, just what I needed. the infrared sauna, salt room and the red light therapy bed were incredible.the staff was also so sweet and helpful, Bri would check in and was so wonderful with answering questions I had. I feel soo good today and slept so well! I didn’t get to try everything I wanted to so I will definitely be back!

I came in for prenatal accuputure the whole experience was very relaxing, Becky was great! Would recommend
