About Hair Salon

Jill is an excellent cutter. But having lived many places my experience is that when you have the OWNER doing a service, a tip is not expected ( certainly in Europe, Kenya or England). So I don’t tip the owner as they take all. When I tried to get an appointment again, I was completely given the run around that she was “on a long holiday”. So I stopped by a few months later and she was there. She would not speak to me but the receptionist was extremely rude and called me a “difficult customer” and would not offer an appointment with another stylist, who I would have tipped because they were not the owner. I believe that if Jill needs to make more money then she should up her prices so that a tip isn’t expected. Just my two cents.

Jill is the best!

I have been going here for highlights and haircuts for three years now that we moved to Eagle from Edwards. Its better and more affordable than any of the salons I went to up valley for 30 years. I love both Jill and Jeannine. They remember me and my hair preferences. They are so kind and genuine. I also enjoy the salon setting. It's fun and the art by the very creative owner is entertaining.
