I've been coming here for nine years, and I still love it! The team always does an amazing job, and the service is top-notch. Cindy is absolutely the best—her attention to detail and skill make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!

After four years of visiting this nail tech, I am beyond disappointed. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unwilling to answer basic questions about services—always redirecting me to the manager instead. It’s clear she prefers to remain ignorant rather than do her job properly. My last visit was by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any nail salon. I cannot recommend her or this salon at all.

Extremely Disappointed – Never Going Back My husband and I had a terrible experience at this nail salon today. I had a 10:30 appointment, but no one even acknowledged me for 25 minutes. When someone finally did, she didn’t introduce herself or ask what type of manicure I wanted—just rushed me into a chair and started working roughly on my nails. I told her I was uncomfortable, but she clearly didn’t care and just hurried through everything to get me out of her chair. Throughout the entire visit, several of the staff were speaking loudly to each other in their native language. It came across as unprofessional and frankly rude, especially when clients are sitting right there being ignored or treated poorly. I’ve been a customer for a while at this location and have had some bad experiences here and there. Today I had the worst experience and will not be going back ever. I was cut 3 times, deeply on my finger, and my nails didn’t turn out good. They kept saying my nails were short, yet they’re always the same size and never have been cut like this before. Kathy was in rush to go to another customer and didn’t even complete me nails and let them dry correctly. I asked to speak with a manager and they would not answer my question and no manager was ever called.

Y’all. I usually love this place, but this time around I was severely let down. I got my nails done four or five days ago before I went back to college. My set was beautiful, but the craftsmanship and quality proved to be incredibly poor. Not even one day after I got them done, my nails started snapping in half amid the mildest activities. This has continued for the past few days. My nails break the second I open anything, no matter how simple or gentle I’m being. PLEASE save yourself some time and money, we all deserve nails that look great AND are sensible. Super dissatisfied.
