Thai Healing Arts Massage (THAM) [Gainesville, VA]

After experiencing Thai massage for the first time here, I don’t know that I can ever go back to a regular massage, this was just the most incredible massage experience I’ve ever had. My daughter and I had two massage therapists that were absolutely amazing, she stretched me in places I didn’t know could be stretched! Ploy and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere and ambience is absolutely lovely, and I left feeling completely relaxed and at peace inside and out. Highly recommend THAM, absolutely a treat, my daughter and I loved it!

Today, I had a 90 minutes stretch massage session with Ploy. It began with relieving the pain from my right foot and knees. She proceeded to walking on my legs and back to relieve tension. Then came the suction cups and hot stones for my legs. I feel like a new women. THE BEST STRETCH SESSION I HAVE EVER HAD. I have been a consistent client for 6 months and will keep going strong. I cannot recommend Ploy Manee highly enough. I had a severe Sciatica nerve flare injury leading me unable to walk. When I first came to her, I was on crutches with significant nerve irritation. From the very first session, she demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the human body and how nerve and muscle issues work together. I went to this place today in a lot of pain and met with Ploy. She recommended the Advanced Nuad Kae Ar Karn treatment, which combines cupping and massage therapy. She was absolutely wonderful. I walked out feeling like a completely new person. She immediately understood exactly what was wrong with my back. I had been in severe pain since last Friday, and although my doctor prescribed a muscle relaxer, I was still struggling—especially when getting out of bed in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs therapeutic or any type of massage. Ploy was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.
