The place had a positive energy. I had scheduled an appointment for 1:30pm. I ended up showing up 10 min late for some reason google maps and even Tesla kept directing us the wrong way like 5 min away. I wish when I made the appointment earlier they would have mentioned it. I would suggest they make sure to mention it in the future. Ask customer is this your first time coming to our salon. If it is then we are across the vape shop. I had to recall the salon for additional guidance and they were quick to note that it is a common occurrence but were quick to guide us. When I did show up they were still working on some people. I ended up having to wait an hour. I am just noting this if you are in hurry or have plans after haircut cancel them to be on the safe side. I ultimately cancelled my e

I’ve heard good things about Val and the Hair Academy. Today I got the best men’s haircut ever. Val was very nice and funny! I really enjoyed myself. The Spa is comfortable and clean.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied at all. I went for a haircut and highlights, but the result was a complete disappointment. They used far too much hair dye for the highlights, and my hair was both damaged and didn't look natural. The biggest problem was the haircut. Although I asked for a butterfly cut, they cut my waist-length hair into a bob cut. The cut had nothing to do with the style I wanted. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, instead of apologizing, they tried to justify themselves and behaved extremely rudely. I experienced a great disappointment in terms of both communication and service. I definitely do not recommend it, don't waste your money.

My daughter and I had a great experience here! She got full highlights with a cut, I got a cut with balayage and we’re both thrilled with the results! I’ve been to so many salons in the area and rarely walk out loving the color but Val nailed it for both of us. Definitely our new stylist!

Just had microblading done for the first time. I was super nervous but it was a great experience. Valbona was really nice and patient--and fast. Also, because she's in a newer location off Diamond Lake Drive, Google Maps hasn't quite covered the area very well--so it's a little hard to find if you're using GPS.
