I love this nail salon, they are so talented with their fine detail nail art! I recently started taking my elderly mom there and she LOVES it. Their pedicure chairs (with the heat and massage rollers) plus the pedicure massages are her favorite. They are so sweet and patient with her, placing pillows behind her back and walking her to her chair. No rushed feeling of turn over like other salons. They truly value the customer experience.

I had a very bad experience at this nail salon. I already had a nice color on my nails and a good pedicure — I only wanted to renew it and adjust the length. Instead, they did not do what I asked for, behaved badly, and didn’t finish my work. They just left it unfinished and said they can’t do it. The person who worked on my nails was clearly not experienced and didn’t seem familiar with the job. The lady who was the manager was also rude and behaved very badly. They completely wasted my time. I do not recommend this place at all.

the nail technician, Heather, did a rough job, to say the least. she did the design quite well but she roughed over my cuticles so badly that they bled on four of my fingers. she also abruptly left mid-appointment to attend to someone else's nails, who had an appointment leaving me waiting for 40 minutes which she apologized for but i dont know why someone else didn’t attend to me. I understand that Heather may have been the only one skilled with the air gun, but there were other workers available who could have assisted with basic tasks such as shaping, filing, and applying base color. Despite her good nail art design, the pain and discomfort caused by her rough handling was unacceptable. I firmly believe that I should have received a discount for enduring it. Please don’t go here. I had the worse experience of my life, I came here to remove my tips and she up sell me to get dip powder which I did not want and didn’t know what it was in at the time. I told her I wanted the tips out and she said she had this natural gel that will heal my nails. She charged me $65 which if I knew, I would not have gotten it. After 2 weeks I decided to remove them and it was the worse experience I had. My nails hurt and that’s because she drill my natural nails pretty deep. Please don’t go to this place, I’m still trying to get my nails to grow in but at the moment I’m hoping I don’t go to the hospital.

Walked in and they were so welcoming. I was attended by Thomas and given water and a snack and when I sat down he asked exactly how I wanted things and made sure I was comfortable throughout. It was a great experience and they fixed my broken toenail. Will come back whenever I am in town.
