I went in for a gel manicure and chose a dusty rose color that I really liked, but the nail technician told me she didn’t like it and stopped doing my nails to bring other colors and make me pick a different one. The nails are for me, not for her. One of the nails ended up very thick and poorly done. I pointed it out four times and clearly said I didn’t like it, but she laughed and refused to fix it. Instead of asking personal questions about my life, they should focus on making sure their clients are happy. Very unprofessional experience. I will not be coming back.

Made an appointment through ClassPass and had no problems. I was welcomed and attended right away. Mimi did an amazing job on my gel mani. I’ll definitely be back!

Up front disclaimer: I’m not picky about my pedicures. I get gel every few months and I thought the quality of my pedicure today was perfectly fine. What I loved about this place was how friendly and fun the staff was - my nail tech was so sweet and we chatted the entire time. All the other women smiled every time they passed me, just a wonderful group of women. Will definitely go back!

Walked in right after work and didn’t have to wait at all. I get gel manicures semi-regularly and have tried several different salons, but this is my favorite manicure I’ve ever gotten. They had a variety of simple designs available for $5 extra. I already had a gel on my nails when I came in, so they removed that, gave me a gel, and also did one of the designs, and my total was only $30! Be warned that they only accept cash or check tips.
