Ebb & Flow Bodywork

I’ve had massage with Laura only once so far, but without a doubt I can tell that it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. She is a very thoughtful therapist, the massage felt very intuitive and healing, left my body feeling incredibly light and restored. I love deep tissue, hard pressure massage, but it often feels so painful that I’m unable to relax. This was not the case at all with Laura. Even tho she has incredibly strong hands and I had a deep tissue massage with her, it wasn’t painful at all, on the contrary I was able to relax during it. I really loved it and cannot wait for our next session. Highly recommend her and her studio, which btw is super beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing, you can tell she put a lot of thoughts and effort in it, which I appreciate a lot❤️

I began my membership this month with Laura (after almost a year of visits) and I have zero regrets! My body feels amazing and as always the experience is excellent. Last session I had cupping and this session she did Tok Sen...I feel fantastic! Laura always delivers and provides me with lasting relaxation. I look forward to each session and cannot recommend Ebb & Flow enough.

I loved everything about Ebb and Flow! You’re greeted with warm and calming scents when you walk in the door and cozy vibes with the decor. Laura was so nice and provided an incredible massage. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. She used some unique techniques that really helped with some chronic pain areas. She provided good notes for at-home maintenance at the end of our session. I look forward to my next visit here.

My wife has tried a number of different therapeutic massage places and this is by far her favorite. She carries her tension in her neck and upper shoulders and requires considerable pressure to help release it. Laura is better than any other massage therapist she has used at applying the strong, steady force needed to get her muscles to relax.
