V-Nails & Spa

Update: I love it here! I feel so sassy with my cheetah print , Victoria is the best nail artist and will always have a vision for your nails!! (summer 2025) I use to come here all the time (Before and during pandemic) with my Mom. Haven’t had the chance to return and I decided to get my nails done for my summer vaca and so glad I did! I was worried about the price bc I know prices went up everywhere but the price was very reasonable can’t wait for my next appt they do a beautiful job, I love it here.

After 4 years with my favorite nail tech Frank (he quite working at Star Nails in Middletown, RI). I didn't want to test anyone else at that salon so I decided after reading reviews to test of V-Nails. I was a walk in during a busy time so they asked if I could come back in two hours. I had plenty of time so I agreed to return. I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and polish color options. Everyone in the salon (employees and guests) were very nice and I enjoyed chatting and hearing all the stories going on. This is so different from my old salon where I understood nothing that was being said because of the language barrier. The service I chose was a gel fill with polish. I don’t normally do this but I’m feeling pretty salty right now. V nails was recommended to me by a friend so I went out of my way to go there & was pretty excited. I work a 9-5 so I called two days in advance to make an appointment for 5:30 which I arrived 10 minutes early for. I had gel dip powder nails removed, and an acrylic set with regular polish put on. I have a hard time speaking up but i figured since i was going to be spending a lot of money i might as well ask for what i want. Every time (2 times total) i requested something the tech made me feel like i was asking for the shirt off her back. She slapped gobs of polish on my hands in a huff, charged me 65$ and left my hands looking like THIS. 3 coats of polish and 1 topcoat in, I swear, 2 minutes. She cut me with the nail file an

I have gotten acrylics many times from many places and never have I felt happy. They’re always thick, bumpy, and heavy. I tried this place for the first time yesterday and I may be dramatic by saying it was life changing, but it was. My nails look real, they’re absolutely perfect in every way. I have never been this happy before after getting my nails done, and I didn’t spend as much as I normally do. She understood without me saying much and performed this amazing masterpiece.

Victoria is the best nail artist around! I am in love with my 4th of July nails. My friends and I refuse to go anywhere else since discovering her salon. ❤️❤️
