Love V Spa Nails I decided to give them a try one day and never left. Clean facility, great customer service and they have wine at times ☺️ and Sonny is my main man ❤️💅🏾

11/24/25 - I read your response to my experience, and it appears to me and looking at prior reviews your behavior, in how you treat people hasn’t changed. Plus, you give the same standard response. Until you truly treat people with dignity and respect instead of with attitude and negativity your business will not be a success. Utilize this business at your own risk. I have never been to this place before and decided to use them . I came in today to get my eyebrows arched. I try to make it a point to make sure I let the technician know how I want them done. That’s so I get them done as close as I can to how I want them done. I was gonna get more services done, a manicure and pedicure but because the technician did not like me giving instructions they caught an attitude so I left.

The store is clean and the staff is super nice. I had an amazing pedicure today.

This was my first visit to V Nails and it was a great experience. Tammy did a great job on my nails and pedicure. She was very nice and personable. This will most likely be my GoTo Nail spot.

I took a chance by not going to my regular spot and regret it. I could have done a better job at home. I get that they tried and I'm grateful but they definitely could have done a better job than they did especially based on what I'm used to for $15 less. The water was too hot. I asked the lady to cool it down 3 times. She then started talking and laughing with the lady working on my son's feet in a language I don't understand. She may not have been talking about my request to cool the water down but it was still a bit uncomfortable and disconcerting for a service I'm paying for. The lady working on me burned me during the steam towel portion. The lady working on my son did the same. Paint job was rushed and my toes still have crust on them 😁. The callouses on one foot is as hard as ever!
