Jordan was knowledgeable and informative during the whole process. I have been struggling with hormonal breakouts and she was able to customize my facial to my needs. I left glowing! I found Nilam through the recommendation of the skin care brand I use, Face Reality. With that, I knew coming to her I would be taken care of. Nilam took her time to assess my skin. I was long over due for extraction, facial, and peel since COVID started, it's been A LONG TIME! I didn't feel rushed at all. I had a facial done before Nilam finished off with a PCA peel. The salon itself is very nice and relaxing music played during my facial. Nilam looked at my skin and we discussed my skincare routine in detail. The facial was relaxing and she explained the different Products and masks that she was going to use on my face. I really felt it was such a high-quality facial and worth the cost and will definitely be back at least several times a year for skin maintenance.
