The team at V nails are the sweetest. They have great customer service. The fall choice of colors were so pretty. They had them in glossy and matte. I chose glossy. I will be back.

1. My toes (Diane/Diana, not sure) were amazing. The lady listened to exactly what I wanted and did a great job! 2. My eyebrows (I didn’t get the ladies name) she did amazing!! 3. My nails, I don’t even know where to begin and I come here faithfully every 3 weeks. I’ve never had an issue until today. The lady cannot have a license (LIN!!! Don’t let her touch you!) and if she does, they need to be snatched away. First, she tried to upsell me to gel instead of acrylic. No, it’s my natural nails, it’ll break in a few days with my job. Second, she filed my nails down until they started to burn and I had to say something. Third, she made an entire MESS! My entire hand (and hers) was/IS full of acrylic powder that had then dried on, so I’m now having to soak off. She used entirely too much powde

I just left here and got charged $15 for my nails to be popped off! I didn’t even get a proper soak off that i asked for! I understand this is a CHOP SHOP but $15 to pop my nails off when i came with 2 off already is crazy! & they were VERY PUSHY! Asking me several times for extra services after i said no thank you i just want a soak off. I will never go back and i see why they are so empty

This was the most disappointing service I’ve received in such a long time. I was so hopefully, everyone was so kind, the atmosphere was great, but the tech that actually did my nails said she could do what I asked for in almond shape. First, the almond she did was disappointing and the dip was unevenly applied. I was so upset. She tried two different glitters, but it was truly just the application. She could not do my nails as requested. She then tried to blame it on the shape I chose. Edit to add; I am still picking my fingers away from the nail because the glue was left there so long without being separated. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I think this place has fast service but they only care about the money these were $75 & I always tip generously.this Is only a fill in not a full set. I feel cheated and as if they actually don’t care for the customers and their nails it could be a better place. Plus I always get sick after coming here! (Thought it was coincidence ) This experience was the worst my nail tech literally yelled at me after saying I shouldn’t mix white with blue then tried to convince me to get nude color “because my skin is dark” I changed my color just for him to further disrespect my patience and opinion.Clearly talk about me in his language for more than a couple minutes.
