COhatch Duluth

I recently rented a party room at COhatch, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience! Everything was super smooth from start to finish. The booking process was easy and straightforward, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the space itself was absolutely perfect for our event. The location was ideal,convenient for everyone to get to, with plenty of parking and great surroundings. The room was stylish, clean, and had everything we needed. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue, with several people asking how they could rent it for their own events! If you're looking for a seamless, stress-free space to host a gathering, I highly recommend COhatch. We'll definitely be back for future events!

I had the opportunity to host my baby's first birthday at COhatch! Paulika and the COhatch team were so accommodating to our timeline, as well as our budget. They provided us with great space + extra seating + outdoor games for our guests. Also allowed us to come in a day before to set up the event area, which helped us a lot on the day of the event. Our photographer and event planners were also pleased with the location to recommend to their future clients! Our guests had a great time at the outdoor space and kids enjoyed the greenery + the train view!

Our organization is a member of COhatch but our employees are based in Pittsburgh and Columbus so we typically use those spaces for coworking. However, we were hosting an event in the Atlanta area and decided to utilize the COhatch Duluth location for our event. Our Pittsburgh-based contact, Allison, who is amazing connected us with Paulika in Duluth who is equally amazing. Paulika went above and beyond for every aspect of our event from the first conversation through the end of our event. She was so unbelievably helpful, especially with us not being local. The space was also so beautiful and worked out perfectly for us. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Our experience with COhatch as a whole has been amazing and we are so grateful to be part of the COhatch family. :)

I booked somewhere else that didn't seem to exist lol and began searching for somewhere to work and randomly found COhatch Duluth. First off it's cute! Really loved this location. It worked out well. Place is really nice. Environment was chill and quiet. Internet was fast and it's near food that's walkable. Autumn helped me and got me situated fast and showed me around so I could get to work. Really enjoyed working here and would 100 percent return if I'm back in the area. I came on a day pass and the price was reasonable. If you work from home def try working here and get out the house.

My Christian study group met at this site recently. The facilities were exceptional. Our room was modern and industrial, yet cozy. The outdoor view was refreshing. The atmosphere certainly enhanced our experience and made us want to linger.
