I used to be a regular customer here for years, but ever since new management took over, this place has completely gone downhill. The service is terrible, the staff is rude, and it’s obvious they only care about squeezing money out of people instead of providing good service. I brought my daughters in yesterday—one of them had her homecoming dance—and right when I walked in, I clearly said she needed a full set. They acted like they understood, but as soon as another customer came in, they abandoned my daughters and moved on to the next person. We sat there for almost two hours, and when they finally got to her, the lady didn’t even do the full set—just a basic manicure! This was my first time trying this salon. I was very impressed with the inside decor. The ceiling is painted like the sky similar to the Paris Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. It makes you feel like you're outside. I was immediately greeted and helped with my services. Shana did a great job on my eyebrow wax and my pedicure. For all you gals who know what you need in a good brow wax, this is it! She waxed and plucked. Some waxers don't pluck the tiny leftover hairs, so I always look for that to know if I will use them again. On to my next service. I got the regular pedicure. I absolutely love coming to USA Nails & Spa. The team is talented, friendly and always takes their time to make sure everything looks perfect. My gel manicure is smooth, shiny and lasts for weeks. The spa itself is spotless and smells amazing. They really go above and beyond for their customers.

This place is expensive and I don’t even think I have the need to explain why I’ll never return. Ben living here 9 years and these are the sort nails I’ve ever gotten done! The service was good. But I hate my nails. They’re thick ah the shape is horrible. As well they looked all flanked. And even if you ask what you want they’ll do what they want. Disappointed!
