USA Nails LLC

Been coming here for the last couple of years. Never had an issue. The staff here are always kind, pleasant & willing to squeeze you in if they can w/o an appt. You just have to be willing to wait. Other than that, the prices are reasonable and the techs do try to imitate any style you bring in via pic. My mom and I love USA nails! I always request Sonny or Louis but everyone there is very talented. Everyone is very kind and the establishment is clean too! Edit: I went not too long ago and got my usual people, however lately I have noticed that I felt I was rushed through. I got my feet done, and when I went home my heels were still pretty dry and hard, as if nothing was done to them. I also noticed they seem a lot more attentive and kinder towards a certain race as opposed to others (at least on my end). When I first started going, I was asked if I wanted a drink, and was greeted warmly. Now when I go in I’m told immediately go wash my hands and go sit down. Extremely disappointed. I used to love coming here, but after the last time I got a pedicure, my nail turned yellow. I decide to come back and give them a chance, ask for them to remove the tips as I want a regular gel manicure, lady proceeds to talk me out of it to avoid removing them.. ok. One tip was hanging on literally by a thread, hurt me while trying to remove it and told me to take it off myself. Proceeds to shave down my nails with the drill bit, leaving all my nails different lengths. She began filing and needless to say they’re all different shapes. I could seriously cry. She saw I was extremely unhappy as I pointed out the issues. Finished and said have a good night I’m tired. Pedicure lady was extremely aggressive as well.

I love this nail solan a lot I go there so much they will do such a good job whether you want a design just to a pedicure on your toes they will do such an good job on any nails . If you have like an inspo photo they will do such a good job I don’t have like a certain nail tech or anything all of them do such a good job . It also is very clean the swap all of the towels if they already have been used and the floors are clean not that that really matters it’s just a good nail solan and I really recommend USA nails. Made an appt to get my nails done WITH my daughter. They sat us down at the manicure table and I’ve been waiting here for 40 minutes while someone is doing her nails. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
