This place is pretty amazing and the prices are solid. I took my 75 year old father here who wanted to try out the floating salt pod. Mind you... This man typically brings a cane if he has to walk more than a mile. After my massage I went looking for him to see how he is feeling... I didn't see him, I HEARD him laughing and joking with the people at the front counter. He was speed walking around the building... It was like "are you really my dad?" He acted about 15 years younger! I have gone back sense and got old injuries worked out! Michelle did a great job and she explained to me what the process was like becoming a message therapist and what she is looking for. It was lovely!

I had a deep tissue massage by Courtney and it was excellent. She did not give up on the knot in my back which has had me going weekly to a chiropractor for over a year. In addition to the deep tissue massage techniques, she used dynamic cupping so that I didn’t get bruised. And of course amazing full body deep tissue. She explained the muscles and gave me stretches to do at home. After one week, I have not had any pain between my shoulders and haven’t needed to go to the chiropractor. Highly recommend Courtney if you need a massage therapist and naturopathic healer all in one. After my massage, I had the cryotherapy spot treatment. I was in a car accident in November and my knee hit the dash. No bones were broken, but had severe swelling and pain. It was still swollen and tender in Janua

Courtney was great. Very attentive. The massage was just what I needed. Perfect amount of pressure, wasn’t uncomfortable, worked on my trouble areas. I feel so much better. Definitely returning!

Took my girls for a spa day. We floated, got a massage, froze in cryo, and did a foot detox. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The girls and I had a fun and relaxing experience. We would definitely go back.
