USA Hair & Nail

Normally I would say 4stars but today they had a new person cutting hair. I honestly think he has almost no idea what he is doing. One side of my hair is so much higher then the other side it makes me look like I have a military cut on one side. When he started to do the top of the hair with the scissors I could once again tell he did not know what to do and so I just told him I like it. How it is don't cut anymore. He might lose so much business for the lady that normally does the haircuts. She does quick good work.

This is definitely my favorite nail place in Portland. Kim is amazing and extremely accommodating. She has a new nail tech, Anna. Anna is great and does really good work.

Quickest pedicure I've ever had! 20 minutes top, including callus removal. 1 min massage or lotion application and they don't spend much time cleaning around/under toe nails. They did clean up my cuticles and did a great job with the polish. If you want to be pampered, I recommend someplace else, but if you just want the job done, this is a good place.

As always my nails look great. It's especially hard to do my nails because my hands shake from nerve damage. My nail tech goes out of her way to make me comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate that so much.
