They have a wide variety of hair, wigs, bundles, crochet hair, nails, lashes, makeup, and even clothes. Not too many shoes and they do have pretty good deals. What I would say is that their Customer Service is not the best at all. They’re not rude, but it’s like a blatant disinterest of really wanting to help anyone who asks for it if you’re looking for a variety to choose from this is a good place to go, but if you’re looking for experience altogether, I would suggest not expecting them to do too much, also double checking prices and asking them about deals. Their program to sign up using the phone number doesn’t get you big discount even when you spend alot of money so I wouldn’t waste my time with that.What I can say is that this is a very big store and it has a variety of items and ha

You don't get but 1 time to play in my face! I brought to the cashier attention about the eyelash price being tagged 2.99 and the same eyelash design on the 3 had 3.99. Long story short. You looking at ya cameras as if you thought I changed the price and then the Asian Mgr had a very nasty attitude afterwards, I should have left everything at the counter and went somewhere else. Trust and believe you won't get a dime of my money again. Black women let's do better and NOT support these people business's and get our own!!! And got the nerve to be playing Christian music 😆 🤣 I'll be ordering my lashes in BULK from here on out. You want our money but hate us! I hope you're business fail!!! Great assortment all around. Although we moved further away, we make a special trip to stock up on hair care products, as well as accessories. Love that they have frequent sales with clarity in signage as well as extra staff to man registers when line gets a bit long. One recommendation would be to clean restrooms regularly. Thank you to staff/mgmt for keeping merchandise so organized.

I didn't want to give it 1 star maybe 1/2 star. Visited this store today 03/09/2026 @ 3:45pm this was a first time here. The cashiers were really rude,didn't say thank you, if we found everything ok or anything. A guy had been in the back waiting from the time we got there until we checked out @ 4:05pm no one even had checked on him. I won't be back...

This is my favorite Beauty supply store, it's large and clean and has a great variety of items. The one thing I would like to see is more checkouts that take cash & card. I had to let several people go ahead of me due to the cashier only calling for card only. Otherwise I have no complaints
